Petmania’s doors have been welcoming customers from our local town and further a field for over 23 years and we are constantly expanding and improving our store to make it easy for customers to find the products they want with helpful staff on hand to give advice and recommendations.

We pride ourselves on making every customers experience a great one and try to go the extra mile to enhance your trip to us. We offer the following additional services that you may not find in the larger named pet stores or when shopping online:

• Harness fitting service
• Free local delivery (minimum order value applies)
• Ordering in specific products for you or reserve items until you can come in
• Advice on enrichment ideas
• Carry to car service 
• We support other local businesses with up and coming products
• We are a local drop off location for dog shelter donations

Covid update: We have recently reviewed our covid measures in light of the lowering of case numbers and rate of the vaccine rollout.

We open Monday – Saturday for our normal working hours, and still have social distancing measures in place. We kindly ask for customers to continue to wear face masks when shopping with us and are still providing hand sanitiser.

We are still offering a call and collect system where we bring your requested order to your car or can locally deliver it to you. Finally, we are now allowing dogs back into our shop, so they can visit for a harness or some tasty treats at anytime we just ask dogs are kept under control on a short lead to make sure everyone is able to still socially distance and feel safe.
